Meet Clark

Clark has been part of the Dakota Roots program since joining the Department of Labor and Regulation in 2021. He enjoys helping people learn more about what the beautiful state of South Dakota has to offer. He focuses on helping people find employment in Western South Dakota and has lived in the beautiful Black Hills area since 2006.
